Our delivery service operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday, with our latest pickup at 7:00 PM. On Sundays, we operate with limited availability, with our latest pickup at 6:00 PM. We offer 6-hour rental windows, and setup and takedown times are included in the service.
We have a delivery minimum of $150. For locations within a 20-mile radius, there is a $25 delivery fee. For distances beyond 20 miles, an additional $1 per mile will be charged. This ensures we can cover transportation costs and provide reliable service for your event. We do not supply hoses for wet units, so please have one available if needed. We also do not provide electricity unless the event is at a park and you rent a generator from us at an additional cost.
All reservations require a non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the total rental cost. Sales tax applies to all rentals, and the remaining balance is due on the event day. In case of cancellation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your event to avoid being charged the full balance. Once equipment is delivered, there are no refunds or rescheduling options.
Weekend cancellations made by the Monday before your event allow you to use your deposit for a future booking. Cancellations after Monday will forfeit your deposit. We can adjust your reservation, but any excess deposit will not be refunded. No refunds or changes are provided once your rental period starts.
All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use. Please remove all personal belongings and ensure the unit is free of trash before our pickup. A cleaning fee will apply if the unit is excessively dirty. To prevent damage, do not allow silly string, food, or confetti inside the units. Please review the waiver we send for additional rules and guidelines regarding bounce house and equipment rentals.
Any unreturned, damaged, or late equipment will incur fees, which will be billed to the card on file. A credit card processing fee of up to 5% may apply to these transactions. To avoid damage, units must not be placed in dirt, sand, or other unsuitable surfaces. Additional fees will be charged for any misuse, failure to follow setup guidelines, or negligence that results in damage. Please handle all rented equipment with care to avoid extra charges.
